How to Track a Return Item

Overview
This article describes how customers can track their return items once there request is approved by adding the shipment details on the return status page.
Adding a tracking number
- Once the return request is approved by the merchant, the customer will be able to track the exchange order on the return progress page by clicking the Enter shipment
- Customers need to input the tracking number of the exchange shipment in the tracking number field and select the carrier for the same.
- Once the shipment details are added, they can get the updates on the return shipment by clicking on the Track shipment button.
