Connect Branded Returns Page to BigCommerce Store

Overview

BigCommece provides a SaaS eCommerce platform. Link branded returns page to your store and power up returns processes. Extend your brand’s post-purchase story with a completely customized branded returns page.

Link returns page to the main navigation

Go to BigCommerce > Storefront > Web pages > Create a web page > Enter web page details
Enable “Yes, show this web page on the navigation menu” under Navigations Menu options > Save changes

Add a hyperlink to your return policy content

Go to BigCommerce > Storefront > Web pages > Shipping & Returns
Select the required text > Copy and paste the Returns page URL > Save changes
