Add Returns Page to Shopify Store's Navigation

Overview

AfterShip Returns allows you to add your branded returns page to your online store's navigation to deliver a stress-free returns experience to shoppers with a fully automated, self-service returns portal.

Add returns page to your store

1. Go to Customizations > Returns page in the AfterShip Returns admin
2. Move to the Add returns page to website section and copy the returns page link
3. Go to your Shopify store admin
4. Navigate to Online Store > Navigation > Main Menu > Add menu item
5. Input page name (for e.g,. Returns) and paste the returns page URL
6. Click Add and then hit Save

To set up a custom domain for your returns page, contact our support experts by clicking the Set up custom domain button. A live chat widget will open

1. Follow the process and wait for your DNS provider to modify the CNAME settings
2. Once CNAME settings are updated, copy the link and add it to your store’s navigation for easy customer access

Embed returns page to your store

The only difference between between adding and embedding returns page to your Shopify store navigation is that with embedding, the returns page header and footer adapts to your Shopify store's theme. When you simply add the returns page to your store, the entire page would appear as you've configured in AfterShip Returns admin.

Supported plans

• Connecting and adding branded returned page to your Shopify store is available for users on all plans including free plan
• Custom domain set up is available for users on Essentials, Pro, Premium ( learn more) and Enterprise plans
• Embedding returns page to your Shopify store is only available for users on Premium and Enterprise plans
