AfterShip Returns allows merchants to edit shipping information directly on the AfterShip Returns portal. It helps you to easily edit the information and regenerate a label when there is a label generation failure due to wrong information without needing to visit the eCommerce platform to edit the order data.

- Log in to AfterShip Returns admin account
- Click Edit shipping info inside the label error message on the RMA detail
- Fill in the correct shipping information
- Hit the Save button
- Click Generate label
How to edit shipping information when auto-approval is disabled
You need to generate labels manually if you have not enabled the auto-approval option.
If the label generation fails for an order:
- Go to Returns in the AfterShip Returns admin and select an order
- On the RMA detail page click Approve > Generate label
- If the label generation fails, click Edit shipping info
- Update the shipping information > Hit the Save button
- Click Generate label again
- The label will now generate successfully
