Frequently Asked Questions About AfterShip Trial Plan

Q. How to extend your trial plan?


AfterShipโ€™s trial plan is limited to 7 days. Merchants cannot extend the trial from their end. If you need more time to explore AfterShip features, please contact our Support team. They will review your request and assist you with trial extension options, if available.


When you sign up for the first time, youโ€™ll get a 7-day free trial with a pre-defined expiry date.


Q. How to cancel your trial plan?


Merchants cannot cancel the trial plan immediately from their admin. If you started a trial, it will automatically end after 7 days. To cancel your trial before the 7 days, please contact our Support team. They will process your request and confirm the cancellation.


Q. Will I be charged automatically after my trial ends?


Yes, if you are already on a Free or Paid plan and activate a trial for premium features, you will be charged automatically once the trial ends, unless you cancel it before the trial period ends.


Q. Do I need to add a payment method to start a trial plan?


  • If you start with a trial plan only, no payment method is required.
  • If you are already on a Free or Paid plan and wish to try the premium features, a payment method is required.


Q. How to request a Free Trial of the Enterprise Plan?


By default, you get a 7-day free trial with premium features. For a free trial of the Enterprise (ENT) plan, please contact our Sales team with your requirements.


Q. How to switch from a Free Trial to a Paid Plan?


  1. Go to the Home of the AfterShip trial account.
  2. Click Upgrade Now > Pricing page opens.
  3. Choose and click a suitable plan.
  4. Provide the needed information.
  5. Click on Upgrade Plan.
