Enable Images Upload for Return Items

Overview


While submitting the return requests customers can upload the image of the returned product. You can choose to enable image(s) upload based on the return reason.


Enable Images Upload


  1. Go to ** Return reason ** under Return policy section in the AfterShip Returns admin
  2. In the Reason library section, select the return reason for which you'd like to enable image(s) upload. Click Edit



  1. You will land on the page to edit the details of a particular return reason. Move down to the Detailed information section.



a. You will see two options: Enable comments and Enable images upload
b. Select the checkbox for Enable images upload
c. Select whether an image upload is Optional or Required
e. Add some instructions, if required


  1. Click Save


Return reasons with the image(s) upload option enabled will be accompanied with an image icon.


This setting will be updated in all groups with the return reason you've enable image(s) upload for.


Customer experience


Customers can upload images during the Choose item step on the returns portal while submitting the return request once they've selected the item and the return reason.
