Overview
To better protect user data and privacy, you can now limit AfterShip employeesβ access to your organization's data. You can decide whether you want AfterShip employees to log in to your accounts for troubleshooting or other issues.
Configure AfterShip support access
- Go to your ** Organization settings ** in the AfterShip admin
- Move to Security > AfterShip support access
- Enabled
- If Enabled, AfterShip employees will be able to log in to your account to review data during circumstances where their assistance is required to troubleshoot existing feature-related issues
- AfterShip employees will only access your account when required after prior approvals
- AfterShip employees will have to log in to the user account to review and help solve the problem
- Disabled
- If Disabled, AfterShip employees will not be able to log in to your account to review data during circumstances where their assistance is required to troubleshoot existing feature-related issues.
- To access your account, AfterShip employees will first need to communicate with you, and obtain authorization to access your account in the Organization settings > Security
