Choosing the right AfterShip Returns plan depends on your return volume, feature requirements, and team size. Each plan has its own set of inclusions, annual return limits, and overage charges. These return plans are designed according to the varying needs of different businesses and goals.

Plan Upgrades and Overage Charges – If you exceed your annual return quota, extra fees will apply based on your current plan. You can upgrade at any time during the billing cycle, with changes taking effect immediately. Unused returns are not carried over to the next cycle.


Billing and Discounts


  • Subscriptions are billed monthly.
  • Annual billing option offers up to 18% savings.
  • Plans can be upgraded or downgraded at any time from the Organization billing settings.

  • AfterShip accepts all major credit cards and also supports payments through Shopify billing.


Add members (Team plan)


  • Team plan: $10/member/month (billed annually) or $12/member/month (billed monthly). Includes full product access, permission roles, 2FA, and SSO.
  • Enterprise organization plan: Custom pricing with advanced member seats management, APIs, and enterprise-level controls.
  • Add multiple seats as per business requirements and pay only for the seats you add.


Support plans


All return plans include standard support. For enhanced assistance:


  • Silver Support: Priced at 20% of your subscription fee (minimum $200/month per product)

Includes faster response times, access to an onboarding manager, and regular account health checks.


  • Gold Support: Priced at 30% of your subscription fee (minimum $400/month per product)

Includes fastest response times (chat in 2 mins, email in 15 mins), real-time updates on critical issues, developer support, and access to an implementation consultant

  • For automation, in-app tracking, and store credit, Pro is a perfect plan.
