Add Internal Notes to RMAs

Overview
You can now provide additional notes on the returns detail page. These notes can only be viewed by you and other team members.
How can they be used
- Provide special instructions regarding the request for your team.
- Inform if the request needs to be handled on a priority basis.
- Mention extra details if a return falls under a special campaign or offer and requires additional checks.
- Present key points to consider when handling the request.
Add internal notes
- Go to ** Returns ** in the AfterShip Returns admin
- Select a request to open its detail page
- Click Edit in the Notes section, add a note/message/ instruction and hit Save
